General Rules:
3.7.1 Unless otherwise specified by the Organizer, only Buyers and Visitors who have a Tomorrowland Account may purchase Event Products and/or Services and access the Festival and/or DreamVille, which account must be created at www.tomorrowland.com.
3.7.2 When creating a Tomorrowland Account, and/or purchasing Event Products and/or Services, the Buyer and/or Visitor will be required to read and Accept the applicable Terms and Conditions . By creating a Tomorrowland Account, purchasing Event Products and/or Services, and/or participating in the Event, the Buyer and Visitors Accept that their data may be used, shared, and/or otherwise processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and other Policies of the Organizer.
3.7.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel a purchase for technical reasons (for example, if the Tickets are sold out or the benefit tickets are exceeded), and the purchase price is refunded, without the right to compensation.
• Pre-Registration:
3.7.4 It will only be possible to pre-register for the purchase of Tickets or any other Event Products and/or Services through a Tomorrowland Account. The Organizer will inform Tomorrowland Account holders of the start of pre-registration through the Tomorrowland Account and the contact details provided during the creation of the Tomorrowland Account. Automatic pre-registers will not be allowed.
3.7.5 Once the official sale of the Event Products and/or Services begins, the Tomorrowland Account holder will be able to access the Official Sales Channel through a link available on the Tomorrowland Account. The Organizer will operate a queuing system so that, to the extent technically possible, a service order is established so that each potential Buyer has access to the online box office. Only one place in the queue will be allowed for each Tomorrowland Account.
3.7.5.1 The Organizer does not guarantee that the queuing system will be flawless or accurate, that all Tomorrowland Account holders will have access to the online box office, and/or that all Tomorrowland Account holders who have access to the online box office will be able to purchase Event Products and/or Services.
3.7.6 The Organizer reserves the right to limit the time to complete the purchase and/or stay of a potential Buyer at the online box office, in order to allow the purchase of Tickets by more potential Buyers. If the purchase is not completed within this period, which will be indicated during the potential Buyer's stay at the online box office, the potential Buyer will be automatically removed from the online box office and will return to the end of the waiting queue.
3.7.7 The Event Products and/or Services purchased cannot be exchanged for another type of Event Product or Service, even if they have the same value (for example: Tickets cannot be exchanged for DreamVille Packages, an Incredible Saturday Day Pass cannot be exchanged for a Magical Friday Day Pass, etc.).

In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's order, without refund or compensation, and to prevent the Visitor from entering the Event.
3.7.10 The Organizer reserves the right to organize multiple pre-sales and define the maximum value and quantities of Tickets and DreamVille Packages for each pre-sale. In this case, if there are Specific Terms and Conditions for that particular pre-sale, they will be published on www.tomorrowlandbrasil.com so that the Buyer can make an informed purchase.

Except upon formal confirmation from the Organizer, if the Buyer requests a change after 31 de julho de 2024, the Tomorrowland Bracelets included in their order will be customized with the data provided by that date. If the Buyer does not customize the Tomorrowland Bracelets included in their order by 31 de julho de 2024, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the order, refunding the amount paid, without any compensation being due.
ATTENTION: Tomorrowland Bracelets must also be picked up at the Pickup Point, without the Treasure Case, from those who (i) indicated a delivery address in Brazil or abroad and the delivery could not be carried out due to the Buyer's fault (e.g. indication of a non-existent address, absence of a recipient able to receive the items, etc.) and (ii) indicated a delivery address abroad and delivery could not be made due to non-payment of applicable taxes and/or duties.
3.8.4 If the Buyer purchases Event Products and/or Services for other Visitors, it will be their sole responsibility to obtain, to the extent required by law, the consent of the respective Visitors to share their information and personal data with the Organizer and/or with INTI for the purpose of customizing the Tomorrowland Bracelet, as well as other purposes provided for in the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
3.8.5 After the Buyer purchases and customizes the Tomorrowland Bracelets included in their order, each Visitor included in the order will be invited, through the email address provided by the Buyer, to create a Tomorrowland Account, if they do not have one yet. The purchase of Event Products and/or Services is only possible if the Visitor has a Tomorrowland Account.

Thus, for example, if the Buyer buys 3 Tickets, only TWO Treasure Cases will be sent; if 4 Tickets are purchased, TWO Treasure Cases will be sent as well as each Treasure Case holds two (2) Tomorrowland Bracelets.
3.8.8 All Tomorrowland Bracelets picked up at the Pickup Point in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions will not include a Treasure Case.
• Admission to the Festival / DreamVille and identity check
3.8.9 Only a legitimate and customized Tomorrowland Bracelet can grant the Visitor access to the Festival and/or DreamVille. To be admitted to the Festival and/or DreamVille, the Visitor must always be wearing a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in their name and comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, including the annexes.
3.8.10 All Tomorrowland Bracelets will be scanned and validated upon entering the Festival and/or DreamVille.
3.8.11 The Organizer reserves the right to check (or assign designated representatives to check) the identity of any Visitor who wishes to enter the Festival or DreamVille. If any Visitor does not present a Valid Official Document, or if the name registered on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the one in the Official Valid Document presented by the Visitor, such Visitor will be denied access to the Festival and/or DreamVille. The name and other data contained in the Valid Official Document must be the same as those on the Tomorrowland Bracelet.
3.8.11.1 It will be the responsibility of the Buyer and, as applicable, of the Visitor to provide correct, accurate, true, updated, and legitimate information, documents, and personal data when purchasing Event Products and/or Services, customizing the Tomorrowland Bracelets and accessing the Event. The provision of information, documents, or personal data in an inaccurate, untrue, incorrect, outdated, or fraudulent manner entitles the Organizer to adopt the applicable civil and criminal measures against the responsible Buyer and/or Visitor, without prejudice to the Organizer's right to cancel the purchase order and/or deny access to the Festival or DreamVille, without any right to refund or compensation. Additionally, the Visitor is aware and agrees that the Organizer may (i) collect and process their personal data, including sensitive data, such as biometric data, to make the procedure for accessing the Event more efficient and secure, and (ii) share their personal data, either sensitive or not, with public authorities to check the existence of pending legal issues, which will prevent the Visitor's access to the Event, without the right to refund or compensation, and without prejudice to the adoption of appropriate measures by the competent authorities.
3.8.12 For security reasons, Visitors who have a Tomorrowland Bracelet with access to DreamVille may enter (i) the Festival, up to one (1) hour before the Festival's closing time, and (ii) DreamVille, by 11:59 p.m. on October 13, 2024.
• Other Services
3.8.13 In addition to granting access to the Festival, and, as the case may be, to DreamVille, the Tomorrowland Bracelet can be used by the Visitor to purchase and load Pearls, allowing them to pay for goods and services (for example, food and drinks) at the Festival and DreamVille. Pearls may be loaded onto the Tomorrowland Bracelet by the Visitor upon purchase in person, at the Event cashiers, or online, through the Cashless Account, in accordance with the Specific Terms and Conditions for Cashless Payments.
3.8.14 The Visitor must scan their Tomorrowland Bracelet to access the Festival, the DreamVille, and/or exclusive areas to which the respective Tomorrowland Bracelet grants access, as well as to load and use the purchased Pearls.
• Loss or Theft of the Tomorrowland Bracelet
3.8.15 The Buyer and/or Visitor is the sole responsible for the Tomorrowland Bracelets included in their order upon receipt or pick up.
3.8.16 If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Treasure Case and/or the Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered to the indicated address (including, without limitation, due to errors in the registration data provided by the Buyer during the purchase or customization process, or because the postal package containing the Treasure Case and the Tomorrowland Bracelet could not be delivered by postal services to the indicated address), the Buyer must contact the Organizer (by email to info@tomorrowlandbrasil.com) so that the Organizer can arrange for the Buyer to pick up the Tomorrowland Bracelets at the Pickup Point. Only Buyers who have a valid voucher proving their purchase and the respective identification (with a Valid Official Document) will be able to pick up the customized Tomorrowland Bracelets included in the order.
3.8.17 The Organizer will not be liable for the loss or theft of the Tomorrowland Bracelets after their delivery or pickup, and the Organizer is not required to provide the Buyer or Visitor with a new Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet, nor to refund or compensate them.
3.8.18 Upon completion of the purchase and the receipt or pickup of the Tomorrowland Bracelets, the Tomorrowland Bracelets are the sole property and responsibility of the Buyer, including in the event of robbery, theft, or any damage that invalidates or makes their validation impossible when accessing the Festival and DreamVille, as applicable. In all these cases, there will be no refund or replacement of the Tomorrowland Bracelet, either to the Buyer or to the Visitor.
ARTICLE 4. Right to Cancel
4.1 If the Buyer purchases Event Products and/or Services online with the Organizer, the cancellation period of the purchase will be of seven (7) consecutive days from the date of purchase, provided that the Buyer exercises his right to cancel, at most, up to two (2) business days before the first day of the Event covered by the Tomorrowland Bracelet, through the “cancel button” in the user area on the INTI platform or by writing to info@tomorrowlandbrasil.com.
4.2 In case the right to cancel is exercised during this period, under the terms above, the Buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the price that the Buyer paid for the Ticket, including any fees. The amount of donations made through the purchase of a Social Ticket will not be refunded. If the Buyer has already received the Tomorrowland Bracelet and/or the Treasure Case, the refund will be conditioned on their return, unused and in perfect condition, according to guidelines to be provided by the Organizer.
4.3 If the purchase is made with a credit card, the Buyer will receive the refund in accordance with the conditions imposed by the credit card issuer or bank and their refund can only be credited to the next or subsequent invoice, according to the invoice closing date.
4.4 If the Buyer made their purchase via PIX (Brazilian instant payment method), they will receive their refund by deposit into a checking account within 7 business days counting from the request and delivery of the documents/data necessary for the procedure.
4.5 THE ONLY HYPOTHESIS OF CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR TICKETS AND ANY EVENT PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES IS THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCEL PROVIDED FOR IN THIS CLAUSE. FOR THE SAKE OF CLARITY, NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE, INCLUDING PARTIAL CHANGES TO THE FESTIVAL SCHEDULE OR LINE-UP OR PARTIAL OR TOTAL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT, ENTITLES THE BUYER TO FULL OR PARTIAL CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS PAID FOR TICKETS AND ANY EVENT PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, NOR DOES IT AUTHORIZE THE EXCHANGE OF A TICKET FROM ONE DAY OF THE EVENT TO ANOTHER.
ATTENTION: For purchases of travel packages made with Travel Partners and Global Journey Packages made with Inside Music Land, the cancellation and refund policy will be governed by the Organizer’s Policies exclusively in relation to the Event Products and/or Services, being exclusively governed by their respective Third-Party Terms and Conditions in relation to any other products and or/services contained in such packages.
ARTICLE 5. Data Provision and Privacy
5.1 The online sale of Event Products and/or Services involves the provision of personal and banking data, and is carried out in a secure and confidential virtual environment managed by INTI. It is Buyer and Visitor responsibility to carefully consult and know the privacy policies of such third parties before accepting them.

This includes, among others, any film, photograph, audio, and/or audiovisual transmission or recording.
6.2 THEREFORE, BY PURCHASING A TICKET AND ATTENDING THE EVENT, BUYER AND VISITOR UNIVERSALLY, IRREVOCABLY, AND IRREVERSIBLY AGREE, AUTHORIZE, AND GRANT ORGANIZER, ITS AFFILIATES, AND/OR THIRD PARTIES AUTHORIZED BY ORGANIZER, FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD, THE RIGHT TO FREE USE AND EXPLOITATION OF THEIR IMAGE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AS WELL AS WITHOUT THE PAYMENT OF ANY REMUNERATION, INDEMNITY, OR COMPENSATION IN ANY WAY, EXPRESSLY RECOGNIZING THAT SUCH CAPTURE, USE, AND EXPLOITATION OF THEIR IMAGE WILL NOT CHARACTERIZE, IN ANY WAY, MISUSE OF THEIR IMAGE OR ANY OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. 6.3 Visitor acknowledges that Organizer, its affiliates, or third parties authorized by them may edit, transfer, delete, and make any other changes to the materials on which the Visitor's Image is attached, including, among others, recordings, footage, photographs, phonograms, and texts, at their sole discretion, and Visitor will not have the right to inspect or approve such materials. Yet, nothing provided for herein requires Organizer to use any of the rights granted above, which will be done at its sole discretion.
6.4 WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OTHER FORMS OF EXPLOITATION, ORGANIZER MAY ALSO USE THE PHOTOS, FOOTAGE, AND RECORDINGS (INCLUDING THOSE CAPTURED USING EQUIPMENT EQUIPPED WITH FACIAL RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY) TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE EVENT, PROVIDING THEM TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF INVESTIGATING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND AS A MEANS OF IDENTIFYING, TRACKING, AND FACILITATING THE APPLICATION OF APPROPRIATE MEASURES AGAINST THOSE IN CHARGE.
